Effective April 18, 2006
The Executive Board was given a copy of the Policy-Participation in NCYSA Programs at the April 12, 2006 meeting. After giving the opportunity to ask questions and review the document, on April 18, 2006 the policy was adopted by action of the Executive Board without a meeting formally convened.
