Goal Safety Statement:
NCYSA cautions all member clubs about the use of counter-balanced goals. We have been advised by our insurance carrier of concerns about their use without anchoring. We have also received reports indicating matters of concern. Please also be aware that referees may not find such goals to satisfy FIFA rules about goal safety if not anchored.
